This historic home in Key West underwent a complete restoration.  Due to the structural integrity, the entire home had to be lifted and a new foundation built.  A small pool and utility shed were also added.  Meetings with the local historical society allowed us to restore the home to suit modern day living.  The Historic Florida Keys Foundation was so impressed with this project that it was awarded a Ceramic Star for sensitive and innovative historic preservation.  The success of this project would not have been possible without the direction and support of a wonderful client.
